Pirate Ship To Label Parts

Buying a plot step by step guide for building Part 1

Choosing the right plot is not simple. Obviously - since it practically all up, I'm not talking only about yourself home project.
This article is the first in a series where I'll show you step by step and accomplishments relevant to purchase a building plot . This task is more difficult than at first glance, it seems in fact purchase a building plot is not only a choice of convenient location, appropriate size. Based only on superficial assessments can make the cardinal error, which in future could cost you.

First ...
start from the simplest things of which I have mentioned before that is a convenient location plot. Here, nothing counsel should be guided by subjective feelings - you need to decide whether you care about as close to the center of the apartment or far away from the noise. Each option has many pluses and minuses. Note, however, the quality of communication. For the comfort of your and your family's good to have an appropriate mix of communication (I do not mean the only communication but also a city person.)

Access to public utilities ..
not get caught in the unusual plots far away from civilization, without the possibility of connecting the media. Check whether it is possible to connect to the electricity grid, or you can connect the water to your building. Note the distance, the price of the connection is directly proportional to the distance. If you plan to pay attention to gas heating where there is also such weapons.
It is safe to also devote attention to the high tension power line, because to be here to adapt to the legal requirements, which require the maintenance of the appropriate distance.

In the last program 2010 cycle "NoTanDistintos" and before we took our deserved (?) vacation in January and February, we joined this program "Fresh in the Air" above us on the radio to make a double issue " jazz & wine, so we participated as guest conductors leading shipping Mariano Fresh and then he visited us with the issue as a common denominator.
But in strictly musical, came the remarkable jazz guitarist Marcelo Gutfraind , who joined the bands of artists including Javier Malosetti, Ricardo Cavalli and Mariano Otero and studied with monsters the likes of Pat Metheny, Wayne Shorter, John Scofield or Hermeto Pascoal . And told us about the imminent release of his upcoming album, their history, influences, previous work and of course, his experiences on the relationship between jazz and wine. Furthermore, the ascending bass accompanied him Germain Lamonega and together they performed two songs from Gutfraind for the hearing of both programs, "Background" and "The Other Song of the Angel" in a new year to all jazz.

GUESTS: Old Route

PHOTO: Fernando Heller with his guitar, Walter René Ariel harmonica and guitar Rogé with the other showing their music.

In the penultimate program of the 2010 cycle of "NoTanDistintos" we visited three of the members of the group of blues The Old Path, singer and harmonica player Walter and guitarist René Fernando Ariel Heller and Rogé, a band with almost 20 years of experience, almost with the same lineup since its inception and has proud to be the only Argentina group to be mentioned with praise by the magazine "Living Blues Magazine" back in 1994.
was a nice interview and very juicy, with many stories and anecdotes of their times in the Blues Special, their experiences with artists like John Primer, Eddie King and Adrian Otero, in which he also told us about recording their next album and he had as the finale, the performance of two songs live for all our growing audience, "I have to tell you" and "Gimme the Keys."
.
But we also share the exclusive note a few days ago we did with the great Chicago blues bassist, Bob Stroger monsters who played with the likes of Muddy Waters , Ottis Rush or Jimmy Rogers, in which we told about his beginnings in music, his influences, his projects, some rich anecdotes of his life and toured the world and the view from the blues scene in Chicago and throughout the world. And after that we asked that we stay in the place where we were, the local pub Mr Jones Ramos Mejía and offered us two terrific original songs with the band in Argentina that accompanied him on his recent tour of South America Daniel Raffo led . An incredible luxury for a program that was extraordinary.

GUEST: John Primer

PHOTO: John Primer exceptional singer and guitarist.

In this issue of "NoTanDistintos" gave us one of the greatest luxuries of the 4-year program, received a visit in our studies of the great blues singer and guitarist from Chicago, John Primer , last guitarist of the band of Muddy Waters who accompanied musically until his death after being discovered by another big as Willie Dixon .
With his usual friendliness, his sense of humor and charisma, he told us anecdotes and stories from his musical life, next to these monsters, but also with Magic Slim & The Teardrops and many others , as well as his own solo career highlighted that today is presenting his album "All Original" of 2008 which recorded only their own issues, but also sending us news of the release of his first greatest hits, called "Call Me John Primer "which in addition to review of his work as soloist and with Magic Slim, there are some unreleased live tracks.
But then, perhaps the highlight of the show was when, with his electric guitar, sang two songs exclusive to our entire audience, his song "Going Back to Mississippi" and "I Feel Like Going Home" by Muddy Waters.
